Shipping & Returns

 

Shipping Policy:

All orders received are guaranteed to ship within 24 hours unless stated otherwise on the product page or during check out. If you absolutely need a product shipped today, and it is after 12 PM eastern time zone, please call our office. In most cases we ship by First Class Mail Service if it is before 4:00 PM (10 dollar rush shipping fee will apply). We do ship on Saturday!

Return Policy:

We guarantee your satisfaction with any of our products. If you are dissatisfied with the product for any reason, simply return the product to our facility within 30 days of the purchase date. Unused / Uninstalled / Undamaged product returns received at our facility within 30 days of the purchase date will be issued a full refund for the cost of the Unused / Uninstalled / Undamaged product, less the cost of shipping.

Unused / Uninstalled / Undamaged product returns received at our facility after 15 days of the purchase date will be issued a full refund (If Accepted) for the cost of the product, less the cost of shipping and a 15% restocking fee.  Refunds will be issued in the form of credit to the buyer’s credit card or business check if credit card refund is unavailable. Please allow 7 days for processing credit card refund and 7 – 14 days for check method. Product returned to our facility after 30 days from purchase date or without a return authorization number and form is not eligible for a refund and can be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s request and expense. Damaged items will not be issued a refund; unless it pertains to a product defect or malfunction. In this case, you will have a warranty claim for product exchange. Prior to returning any product, for any reason, please contact our office at Steve@CustomizeThatRide.Com to obtain a return material authorization form (RMA) and return material authorization number (RMA #). Product returned without an RMA # properly written on the outside of the return package will be refused at the time of delivery. The return authorization number should be clearly and visibly written on the outside of the package.

Lost Packages:

All shipments include insurance. In the instance of a lost package, a claim will be filed with the shipping service provider. Customize That Ride will honor the decision of the shipping service provider. If the claim is honored, Customize That Ride will ship a replacement for the lost order. If the claim is not honored, no replacement or refund will be provided. The decision is at the sole discretion of the shipping service provider.
